Personal Training is a key part of The Hive methodology. We believe in a personal, human approach to fitness. We will listen to you - your targets, ambitions and motivations and design a program that fits your lifestyle and achieves your goals.
Personal training sessions can be booked directly with your preferred coach, or drop in to The Hive and we will allocate you a coach based on your requirements. Payment for Personal Training will be arranged with your coach in The Hive.
