CROSSFIT BUZZ WOD

This quick, strength and conditioning training combines weights, cardio, endurance and gymnastics- no one session is ever the same. Our 45 minute sessions start with a warm up, followed by the WOD ('workout of the day') and finish with a cool down.

BODY BUZZ

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Body Buzz is a light, fun, full body workout that will leave you feeling fully energised. Slightly lower intensity than our CrossFit offering, this beginners circuit class will have you on the path to achieving your fitness goals in no time.
