All classes can be booked online up to 5 days in advance.
You can cancel your booking as long as you provide at least 12 hours notice.
There is a £5 penalty if you miss a class.
CROSSFIT BUZZ WOD
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
This high intensity work out of the day (WOD) is never the same one day to the next. We combine strength, gymnastics, Olympic lifting and cardiovascular conditioning to create a fast moving high energy Crossfit class. We focus on functional movement, performance, fun and results with each session consisting of a warm up, a movements focus & a high intensity goal driven WOD.
Body Buzz Circuits
Our body Buzz circuits class is aimed at a more all inclusive group. It uses a traditional circuit based system to create a workout packed with fun and staple fitness movement patterns from a more traditional gym training background to shape and tone the body keeping you Hive fit!
Crossfit team WOD
Saturday morning is our Hive community time. We allow all our members to come down and jump in and join us for an epic marathon team workout where we all push our fitness boundaries, sweat plenty & have some serious team fun!
Our Crossfit Lite class does exactly what it says on the tin. It takes our WOD of the day from Crossfit Buzz and ‘litens’ it up making it less intense and less technical with a larger focus on cardiovascular conditioning and fun! At the same time, Crossfit Lite allows you to learn the fundamentals of Crossfit which could eventually lead you to perhaps try out a Crossfit Buzz in the future!
Our boxing circuits class brings fun, energy and fitness to the front. It uses a traditional circuit format to combine traditional boxing conditioning training methods with boxing pad based conditioning to create a fun filled energetic all inclusive fitness class.
